Passport Program - donate a gift for the big raffle!
Generate traffic and leads to your booth by participating in the Passport Program. By participating in the Passport Program, attendees of Trimble Dimensions 2009 qualify for the raffle giveaway that is to take place at a To Be Determined time and location during the event. This is one of the most effective and fun ways to drive traffic to your booth and reward attendees who participate in demo sessions or speak with your exhibit staff. In order to participate in the Passport Program, Sponsor and Exhibitors must donate a prize. You will also receive additional exposure as you are acknowledged as one of the prize donors during the drawing.

Transportation Advertising - $1,000.00 USD
(For Construction and Survey Sponsors, Two Sponsors)
Reach your target audience with shuttle bus-related advertising. Have your company's name and logo on the shuttle buses that will transport attendees to and from the NAHETS facility for three consecutive days. Your company's logo and art displayed on a sign along with the Trimble Dimensions logo. Trimble Dimensions logo will be prominent. Two opportunities are available, one company for each bus. Vehicle sign size is TBD. Sponsor to provide logo and pre-approved printer-ready artwork.

Hotel Key Cards (Exclusive) - $5,000 USD
Have your company's logo appear on one of the most important items attendees will be carrying – their hotel room key cards. The key cards are distributed during check-in at The Mirage Hotel and will be carried by attendees for the duration of the conference. This is a great way to be at everyone's fingertips! Request for this sponsorship must be submitted 8 weeks prior to start of conference.
